Meet our Dental Assistants!

Amy has been a resident of Calaveras County since 1990 as well as a patient of Dr DuHamel.  Amy attended college at Andon College in Stockton, California for dental assisting. She did her externship right here at DuHamel Family Dentistry and was hired shortly after as a registered Dental Assistant. Amy has worked at our practice since 2004 and has proved to be a valuable part of our dental team.  Amy loves spending time with her husband, Bryan and her son, Hudson along with her dog, occasionally finding time to work in her garden!

Karry is one of our registered dental assistants as well as a member of our traveling dental sleep team. Karry graduated from Galen College in Modesto and has been a Dental Assistant since 1986. She worked in Stockton before coming to work for Dr. DuHamel, whom she has worked for the last 25 years. She loves that Valley Springs is close to so many areas, but not so crowded. Karry agrees that it’s a great place to bring up children. Karry enjoys crafts of all kinds, remodeling and gardening. She loves to go “RVing” and playing with her dogs.

Kimberly attended Andon College in Stockton, Ca right out of high school in 2000. Shortly after she received her RDA license. She lived out of state with her husband who was in the Military for a few years but made their way back to Calaveras County where the both of them had grown up and are now watching their 3 beautiful kids grow up here. She can’t imagine working or living anywhere else.

Becky has been a dental assistant since 1987, is an RDA, and a trained dental laboratory technician from her time in the USAF. She has lived in Valley Springs since 1989, is married, and has 3 grown children. She enjoys the small town living of Calaveras County.
